Waterproofing Services
The layer you'll never see — and never want to live without.
Waterproofing is the most invisible part of a renovation and the most catastrophic to get wrong. A failed membrane means hacking up brand-new tiles, repairing your downstairs neighbour's ceiling and doing the bathroom twice. We treat waterproofing as the critical path it is.
Our waterproofing works use proven membrane systems applied to properly prepared surfaces, returned up the walls to the correct height, and — crucially — flood-tested before a single tile goes down. The test is your proof that the membrane works.
Beyond new renovations, we also investigate and rectify existing leaks: seepage stains on ceilings, damp walls beside showers and balcony leaks into rooms below.

FAQ
Waterproofing — common questions
Yes. Hacking existing tiles almost always damages the membrane underneath. Re-waterproofing before new tiles is essential — skipping it risks leaks into the unit below, which costs far more to fix later.
We flood-test every wet area after the membrane cures and before tiling. The area is filled with water and monitored — only after it passes do we proceed.
Yes. We investigate the source — often the wet area above — and advise on rectification. For HDB inter-floor leaks, we can guide you on the relevant HDB processes as well.
