Good tiling is invisible — what you notice is a floor that feels flat underfoot, grout lines that run true and edges that meet cleanly. Bad tiling announces itself every day. Our tilers are experienced with porcelain, ceramic, homogeneous and large-format tiles across floors, walls and wet areas.
We pay attention to the details that determine longevity: substrate preparation, proper adhesive coverage to prevent hollow tiles, expansion joints where they matter and falls towards floor traps in wet areas.
Whether it is a single bathroom or a whole-house retile, we quote per-area with materials and workmanship itemised — so you can compare fairly and decide confidently.

Tiles laid with full adhesive coverage, levelled with spacers and lippage systems.

Grouting & Sealing
Joints grouted neatly; silicone sealant applied at junctions and wet-area corners.

Final Inspection
Hollowness checks, alignment review and cleaning before handover.
FAQ
Tiling — common questions
Overlay is possible in some cases and can save hacking cost, but it depends on the condition of the existing tiles, floor levels and door clearances. We assess on-site before recommending it.
We install everything from mosaic to large-format slabs. Large-format tiles require stricter substrate flatness, which we prepare for during screeding.
Hollowness comes from poor adhesive coverage. We use proper notch-trowel techniques and back-buttering for larger formats, and check for hollowness before handover.
